Been reducing for 4 yrs now. CLE has been a state of continued shrinkage for some time, both CAL and XJT. It has nothing to do with XJT and all to do with CLE.

My understanding of this "pull down" is that the flying will be mostly transferred to IAH and routed thru CLE.

It is rumored to be on the order of 30% of CLE's block hours which should give a corresponding increase in IAH flying -- probably a little less actually b/c some of the CLE headstart flights will be eliminated altogether most likely.
