So whats a Q400? Whos flying them? Is expressjet flying Q400s? Will expressjet be handing out free samples of aquafresh on their branded flying instead of peanuts?

P.S. Im a freshman at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (THE HARVARD OF THE SKIES) I have to write a comparison and contrast essay about an airline for com 101.. I was going to use expressjet and Indy.. Every body here has great opinions on how there so different, and yet everybody keeps bringing it up... Im confused...

What the heck are you talking about. Maybe you should take English 101 at that fancy University of yours (with all that learnin). At some point I think sentence construction and reading comprehension will be covered.

Here's a suggestion. If you have a question (or several questions), start your own thread and ask the questions there. I would say that you are a student, as people are usually a little more willing to help a new guy, but I would leave out the part about being a freshman at Emry Riddle. I would answer your question myself, but it's late, and I'm not in the mood for serious posts.

In summation, since you are clearly a fan of great movies (The Big Lebowski), I think you will appreciate this quote. I think it's appropriate.

Well when they start showing up in EWR in 08, I'll bet the amount of flying XJT does for CAL will go down. Maybe no furloughs, but this is another shot of bad news for XJT. I'm 100% certain that these planes will do flying that XJT is currently doing. Really not that stupid of a question.

Im sure that of the thousands that graduate from that moneypit of a school, theres bound to be a few tools in the shed. Again, only sarcasm and ya took the bait..
