For what its worth, several new guys at XJT have gotten EWR, and they haven't started IOE yet.
As the Continental side keeps diminshing the expressjet side rapidly grows... wouldnt be surprised to see the 190's 1 year from now. We shall see.... what do u think??We fly everywhere, 2 full busting 2" jepp binders and 1 1.5" for the hubs....more places in Mexico than any Mexican carrier. Some not so glorious. God help us if they decide to train RNAV approaches again, wont be able to carry all those plates.
Domicilies have been mentioned above- LAX and ONT are the most junior at this point. EWR may be shrinking a bit if Colgan's Q400 experiment succeeds and they find places to park those beasts. And who's to know how CAL's pilot contract negotiations will affect us...if they cave on scope, we're in trouble as CHQ will probably fly in the 170s the next day.
But, a good place to work and management has balls.

Shouldn't we focus on landing on the runway instead of the taxiway before explaining how to talk on the radio? Can you please advise your fellow ExpressJet pilots that they do not need to tell controllers that they are "with you" when they talk to controllers. The controllers already know it because you are talking to them. Especially painful to hear the ones where the "you" in "with you"is emphasized, as if something else could be the case. Redundant, stupid, and a waste of radio time.

Can you advise your fellow CAL pilots that when they crossed the picket line for Lorenzo, they became the real losers in our industry, NOT some young pilots who say too much on the radio! Can you please advise your fellow ExpressJet pilots that they do not need to tell controllers that they are "with you" when they talk to controllers. I think your confused. You mentioned Expressjet pilots, however, I know that a lot of your recent new hires at CAL still have wet ink on a commercial certificate.
Maybe you should worry about your own house. Last I checked you had a contract that was up for negotiation. But if you plan on rolling over, like most of your contracts, then I can understand why your so focused on what a regional pilot is saying on the radio.
