My guess is they are trying to take a bigger bite out of the supplemental charter market - sports teams, corporate gatherings, etc..

They have an ownership position with Wings Aviation in Conroe.
 
Our company has actually recieved the advertising and PR package for this. Looks like they are going to try a "corporate shuttle" style operation. Friend that works at XJT says they will start with about 5 aircraft and then decide if it is profitable enough start reconfiguring to the exec interior.
