One could get hired as an FE with 1500 TT and make 72' Captain a few years later, a few guys actually did that.

Note: I see a "Express One" on the internet, it appears this is a different company from the old one, but using the same logos, etc
 
the new express one is out of sanford florida, they have a few navajos, they just got a contract to do some med-e-vac stuff out in the midwest.
