I saw that too I dont get it. I wanted to apply so bad too but I applied under the mins and now have to wait three months and play their people scout waiting game. I dont get that add they seem like they want to hire everyone and their mother they are going to run out of planes and spots soon

Peoplescout lost all the previous applications and noone will reapply since they are afraid of having to wait another 3-4 months. Since all those who have applied are afraid to reapply they have to find a new pool of hopefuls, thus the ad. You see, they are a victim of the incompetent recruiting company they hired and the twisted psychology they used to get people not to call.
