19.16 hour, 75 hour guarantee.
On reserve, you are looking at 1400 bucks a month perhaps. Be on reserve a LONG time. During training (up to three months, I got through in 2, I was lucky), NO PAY or HOTEL. Not good. Training easy, in MEM. Plan on being based in DTW or MSP. They go back and forth which is more junior, now it is DTW, but that will change, as they are building up MSP all summer. Plan on being on reserve for at LEAST 8 months. PRAY for more jets. We have some Eagle guys here. The upgrade is still faster here than Eagle. The work rules, communication, etc, are much worse. Pick your poison.

FWIW, Comair requires 3000TT 1000ME and 500 with the company as minimums to upgrade.
