Sent them a resume last night, got a call this morning (talk about results, eh?).

Anyone have info on the company? They do 10 day and quicker Instrument Ratings as well as IPC's, etc in owner-operated aircraft.

I don't have an MEI (yet), but from what I understand they have several people take ME aircraft to them for instrument training.

Pay seems above average if the hours are there. 4-6 a day sounds reasonable for JUST flying (no ground schools, simulator, etc).

Just looking for info if anyone has it. I'll be calling them back in about an hour-hour and a half.

Thanks!

I know a guy that went down there to do his instrument and CFII. I had been his commercial instructor. He seemed to like the instrument training but thought the CFII was a rip-off. I thought his instrument knowledge was lacking when I flew with him. Regardless of how good it was, a 10 day rating is a 10 day rating. I think the place is run by a former U.S. Airways guy. He spoke well of the man that ran the place.

Decent area to hang your hat in for a year or less if you take the job.

Mr. I.
