Exceeded VMO by 100kts..

this just confirms that i have been flying way too slow if it holds together 100kts over vmo. i have gone over by maybe 10kts and it really buffets. i can't imagine 100kts.
 
Im really sure they chose to lower the nose, exceed Vmo by 100kts and loose 10000 ft... I know there are some real idiot pilots out there, but Im sure nobody is this stupid. Besides, it was a JAA crew. The past year and half, Ive spent most of my time in the cockpit flying with JAA guys. They are the most uptight, anal retentive by the book with no real level of application pilots Ive ever flown with. Hand flying and visual approaches are a big time no no... Im willing to bet stab trim runaway.
 
I believe that the initial reports were of an uncommanded pitch down, which resulted in exceeding Vmo and loss of altitude.
 
Probably resulted in loss of bowel control too.
