Thank you all for telling me about this site.

Do not work for this company, there is a horrid, ugly car driving, blackberry using, liar, backstabbing, , drunk working, inappropriate discussing, in charge there, you know the goatee.

I know officially there is only 1 person left over there who isnt a left over from flight options, let us all pray for this kind soul.

Worst 6 months of my life! Pilots are never happy, the P180 breaks every other day, and at most they operate the fleet at maybe 60% capacity.
If you find a happy pilot there or employee that is the goatee talking, write back, tell me I lie, I dare you...........

Keep this thread up as long as possible, we need to get the word out to the FAA, the owners and all who need know this place will eventually kill someone with the corners they cut.

I have only flown with one pilot what was disgruntled - the rest of the pilots that I run into are very happy here. But this whiner would also complain if he was getting blown by Jennifer Aniston. He's a misearble human in general and Avantair has nothing to do with that.

As for planes breaking every other day, that's total BS, too. If I see a mx base, it's because we are scheduled through there for routine mx. Once in a blue moon will something happen that requires us to ground a plane in the field.

I'm not sure what happened to you but you do not reflect the true nature of Avantair.

Go blow a carrot out your a$$.

What is your position at the company, because there is no way, you are a pilot, there is no way you are a lower working employee, any one else with evidence, I have emails from the blackberry network.
 
OH!, btw can you explain the FAA investigation for flying an aircraft with missing euipment on an MEL???? And who approved such a flight with passengers on board!? Who quit because they didnt want jail/fines......

Just let me know bub, watch your phrasing you don't know me, and as far as I know I didn't hit you personally............or did I?

you know what, you hit every one of us at the company when you write these lies and half truths. there are 300 hard working people at the company that you are affecting. so take your personal little vendetta someplace else. you are not going to hurt the one you think you will, if you hurt any one at all, you will only hurt the people who depend on their pay checks to feed their families. so stop being such a selfish, self centered, egotistical, FAT moron.
 
How could any of you, the dangers this company puts people in and they don't even know.....shame on you, and your are correct I have a cause and a valid one at that, 300 people know what I know, I wonder if you would fly an airline that skimps on safety standards in the office, in maintenance, in the parts bought for maintenance just because the supplier is a best friend of a person there, I wonder if you would want the media to alert someone to the pitfalls and dangers that are being unknowingly thrust upon them.
You can be sure the right people are reading this thread and will ask more questions.

Yes, I am a pilot for Avantair. I will admit that Avantair has room for improvement in many areas and I have seen improvement by leaps and bounds in my time here - this is to be expected at a relatively young company. But there is no way that Avantair is what you make it. I don't know what your personal vendetta is here but you will accomplish nothing on this board.

There was a dispute about an MEL item and the FAA has already been here about it. If they were going to shut us down, it would have happened already. I've seen things like this at other places I've worked (six 135 and 121 carriers) and these sort of issues crop up wherever you go - they are few and far between but they do happen. Avantair is no better or worse in that respect.

And I agree with what RollandPull said, you took a shot at all of us when you started spewing your crap on here and I'll be glad to take a shot back at ya!

review previous thread of endangering lives, with systems that shut down in office, flights flying without appropriate paperwork in on time, inappropriate discussion in office and on phones (research current laws regarding that), not to mention the 'fudging' of pilot operating times on the system to make it look legal in the logs as well.....

please you may be a pilot but you are management, you just happen to watch this website on your time off of flying I'm sure, both of you......nice try. It's too bad you know you need to watch this site for us, I'm glad you get a salary in office for that.
