What are the trips like for the A320 guys and how many days off a month?

I spoke at length to a few guys flying there as I too was looking for an A320 posting... it's pretty crappy from what I'm hearing, plus the upgrade thing is not as straight forward as it should be and they don't give you basic stuff like transport to and from work (such as Emirates) and other Ex-Pat jobs..

There are many better A320 jobs in the ME and other parts of the world for that matter.
