as an aside, when were the pilots of NWA/DAL brought t into the merger discussions? How long before public announcement did they have? Any publication citing this example?
Lee Moak and the Delta MEC were brought in very early. Also they were given assurances on what type of sli the company would accept or reject. Thus assuring the company would not turn into a usair. Expect the same with yours. Any sli (whether negotiated or arbitrated) will favor the premerger luv pilots just enough to avoid this.
