Interesting move by EOS. No doubt they won't have problems finding high-end travelers on that route. I believe Dubai encourages competition on all routes and has no non-safety restrictions (bilateral flight agreements). Silverjet, a 767-200 operator, also operates luxury service between London Luton airport and Dubai daily. EOS is also adding EWR-Stansted flights to solidify its NY market share.
Anyone have info on EOS and its hiring plans? I presume some Maxjet pilots went to EOS. How many airplanes are they expected to have in 2008?

PURCHASE, N.Y., Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Eos, the "Uncrowded, Uncompromising" choice for travel between New York and London today announced that it is expanding its schedule and route network with daily service between London's Stansted Airport and Dubai International Airport starting on July 6, 2008. Eos will also enhance its existing service to the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area with the launch of service between New Jersey's Newark International Airport and London's Stansted Airport effective May 5th. Eos will begin issuing tickets for travel between Newark and London starting mid-February and will begin issuing tickets for travel between London and Dubai in March.
