Redding Aero Enterprises provides aircraft for six UPS small feeder runs based at Sacramento Mather and Oakland Airports as well as two courier runs based in Chico. We operate Cessna 402’s, 404 and BE-99 aircraft as well as a Piper Turbo Arrow.
Requirements:
Minimum pilot time requirements Total Time: 1200 X-Country: 500 Night: 100 Instrument: 75 Multi Engine: *50 Night X-Country: 25 *Lower time may be accepted based on skill level during interview.
Company Benefits:
Redding Aero Enterprises requires a one-year commitment from all pilots beginning from hire date. Redding Aero Enterprises will pay $50 per day for training, provide motel accommodations and provide one meal per day during training. Training is conducted Monday through Friday at our base in Redding, California. Pay scale Starting pay: $2100/month Raises: $100/month every six months Salary cap: $2500/month Redding Aero Enterprises offers vacation, sick leave, medical and dental benefits, a $10,000 life insurance policy and after one year of employment, participation in the 401k program. A crew apartment is provided in Sacramento and crew cars are available at Sacramento and at the out stations. Redding Aero Enterprises currently serves Eureka, Ukiah, Redding, Montague, Quincy, Susanville, Chico, Monterey, Calaveras, California and Reno and Winnemucca, Nevada for UPS. We serve Chico, Oakland, Redding, Eureka, and Crescent City for Rapid Package. Redding Aero Enterprises uses a seniority system based on date of hire. Pilots with the longest time with the company have the right of first refusal when new runs open up.
