Doubtful it's the same person, or at least the same "screen name" as the only ways to "revive" the poll are to post or vote. Since posting would leave a visible trail, that only leaves voting. SOOooooo, I suppose someone could make up a new name and go hunting for polls to vote in.

I think the search for the prankster will be in vain unless you have access to the IP address of those folks.
