I remember once seeing an FAA link to a site which lists the tests the FAA uses to determine if a pilot reads, writes, speaks and understands the English language. I have been searching again to no avail.

Does anyone happen to have a site or place I can get this information? Thanks.

Thank you Andy. That AC helps a lot. That is partially what I was looking for, I do remember seeing some sort of test that the FAA uses, perhaps written, perhaps online with ATC communications. Maybe I am just remembering something I was dreaming...
