After I graduate from college in December, I want to move to Co, Mt, Ut, or Wy (mountain states) to work as a CFII (will not have enough hrs for 135 ops). Anyone recomend anywhere? I have looked at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Mt and one in Provo, Ut (whatever college is there).

McAir Aviation in Denver is a busy place. You just have to start looking around ahead of time. Before I graduated from school, I fired off about 20 covers/resumes. Heck with 500 hours, you might be VFR 135 capable. It's 500 total with 100 xc, 25 of which has to be at night.
