Does anyone know if the 2000 TT and 50 hours actual IFR required for the 135 PIC position are hard mins or do they ever hire with less?

I haven't heard of them hiring below mins into the van, but I guess anything is possible.

They used to waive 500 hours TT, not sure about now tho.

Thanks. I'll send them a resume and see what happens. Close to 1500 TT with only 39 hours actual instrument.
