The way the Caravan bases work at the company, or the way I understand it anyway, is that they have a set number of pilots at the bases. When someone leaves the base thats when an opening occurs. There was an opening filled about 4 months ago in SEA, but I don't see one occuring for a while, people seem pretty content there. You can tell the company you are only interested in SEA, and if an opening comes up and no one bids it in the company (both 121 and 135 sides can bid into it if desired), then you will be interviewed for the position.
Pay is'nt bad, the guys work mostly 4 day weeks, and a couple of runs are only half day (show around 3 in the afternoon, home by 6).
All in all a good company. There is no perfect feeder to work for, but the Caravans are top notch, both in equiptment and maintenence.
If your still interested and want more info on pay, etc, PM me.
