Emirates shortlist?

Just got an email that says I've been moved to the shortlist? Does this actually mean anything? Anybody know the odds on an interview in the shortlist?

Very good odds. If I recall correctly, I was shortlisted and contacted within 2 weeks of the shortlisting to schedule an interview. Expect an email or phone call to schedule the interview, could go either way.

I was on the Shortlist 6 months before being contacted for the interview. I think people are getting notified quicker now. Good luck.
