You guys are missing one big issue. I attended ERAU from 87 to 91 right out of high school and got a business degree. I enjoyed the experience even though I did not fly there. I liked the fact that everything was aviation related. I met many people who encouraged me to chase the dream. Most all my best friends are classmates from ERAU who all have succeeded in their career choice. I was able to get a LR35 job right out of college from contacts I made through the school and get hired at FDX 3 years later. If I went to some non-aviation school I probably would not be here. Taking advantage of all the resources that ERAU offers is an excellent way to help jumpstart your career. I know that a lot of bitterness towards ERAU are from guys who graduated with 250hrs and were shocked the majors were not calling them for an interview. Thoses guys were a little clueless and now sell t-shirts on A1A!
