How many New Phenom 300s will you deliver this year and what is the expected delivery rate over the next few years? Will pilots be drawn primarily from specific fleets like the Encore and XLS fleets as the Phenoms arrive (i.e., will other fleets be drawn down as the Phenoms arrive and displaced pilots reassigned to the Phenom)?

Also, anyone seen the new flight deck? Any opinions on the "Prodigy Touch"? I had heard that the previous Prodigy system used on current Phenom 100s and 300s was lacking in several areas. I know one guy who moved into a Phenom 100 from a PL21-equipped Premier Jet and he is not so happy with the Prodigy. Hope this is a step-up in capability beyond just the touch screen...
