I have just seen my first pic of an Embraer 170. I don't think I've ever seen a "regional jet" with wing mounted engines...is this the first one?

I like it....makes it look very "mainline-ish"...Must make regional drivers feel a lot better about themselves, eh?

The AVROs have wing mounted engines. I can't think of any others with a low-wing setup.

It also scares the $h!t out of the mainline guys.
