I interviewed with EJI about 3 years ago and out of the 5 people in the group at the interview 3 were hired. I was not hired. All three were out of work at the time and I dont know if this had anything to do with me not getting hired. The group was diverse. Some had G4 time but most did not. I think that Gulfstream time plays some part in the hiring but I believe also that things have changed. I dont know what the requirements are now.
