EJA - Philly gateway?

Any chance Philly will become a gateway anytime soon? What determines the estabishment of a new gateway? Is it demand from the pilot group or from clients?

Don't look for any new gateways during the contract negotiations, and I wouldn't expect the new contract to be in force before spring or summer.

There's never been any real gateway criteria other than some secret formula used by management (I believe it uses dart boards or something).

My gut level feeling is that we'll get to live anywhere with the new contract.
