There is an EJA/Netjets Europe and an EJA/Netjets Middleast--I am sorry I do not have any info on them either than they are programs I know exist.
I do think they are fairly new.

This should clear it up

Netjets Europe = Air Luxor (Lisbon, Portugal), but is changing to a new company "NetJets Transportes Aeros of Portugal"


Netjets Middle East = National Air Service (NAS) of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Operations moved to Lisbon after Sept 11th. Not sure if they have returned to Jeddah.
