Sorry if this has been asked before, but can someone rattle off the gateways for EJA? Is BOS one of the gateways? Thanks

BOS is one, there are 25 PBI MCO, atlanta peachtree, LAS, LAX, SAN, Chicago, Salt Lake, dallas, CMH and a bunch more i can't remember
