What is it? And how do I find if it applies to me, flying a King Air B100 (for those of you not in the know it has nasty loud Garrett's on it) Norwood Memorial (OWD) has a statement that airplanes exceeding 87 effective perceived noise level in decibels are prohibited. I don't have an AFM with me, but I don't recall any noise numbers being published but I think that my mighty C-152 does publish some type of flyover noise info.
Thanks.
