If you are talking about the Eaton that is based somewhat in Cleveland they do have a flight department. They have 4 Lear 45's at CGF and they have one or two airplanes elsewhere.
 
Eaton keeps two of their 45's in BTL. Where they go however I have no idea. It makes me cringe whenever I have to walk past those things on my way to the ol' 172 :)
