Has anyone ever had to get a new bar for his or her custom ear mold? Mine shattered where the screw meets the ear mold. Anyone know of a way to get a new bar?

Usually a Q-tip works best whenever I have an ear mold problem.

Exact same thing happened to me last week. I called up Westone and they mailed me a new one ($10.63 includes shipping) Their number (800)525-5071. These are the people that marvgolden.com uses. That is where I got mine.

I know a guy that had a double ear-mold made so that he could ride his motorcycle with his MP3 player. Do y'all know if any of these guys do that?
