I guess my head has been up my a** but I landed at DFW today (off-duty, on vacation) and we taxied to Term B at DFW, when I made the following observation.

This was at 0800. I saw more Eagle RJ's in one place than I ever have seen before at the same time.

Some tourist-wife-passenger asked her husband "isn't Dallas the HQ for Eagle?" when she looked out the window. Am I the only one who read between the lines on that?

Soon Eagle will be doing (if not already) DFW-->MMMX, DFW--->Cancun, DFW---->Guadalajara (if possible).

I wonder what the domestic mainline future of AA holds, the MD-80/F-100 runs that are only 50% capacity most of the time.

Its because 99% of AE RJ's park at terminal B the rest at the satellite terminal. And yes soon flying to Guadalajara already going to MMLO,MMAS from DFW.;)

Cancun would probably attract more passengers, so I doubt AA would give Eagle those runs, unless they are extra frequency runs during off peak times. And, GDL may get them (although currently there are two MD80s)---since COEX now does all the GDL flights from IAH....

Bye Bye--General Lee:rolleyes:
