Las Vegas Rumors

Been rumors going around the airport that they are shut down, and that one of the owners flew the Challenger without being typed or receiving training in the plane. Can anyone confirm or deny these rumors that occured sometime last week. Also can anyone confirm why they have such a hugh turnover of pilots. Seems like they don't have any Captains that have been there more than 2 months but not confirmed. Are they on the way down the shut down path by the feds ???, Is the CL601 and the Lear 55's on the 135 certificate or are they part 91 only
