Any info on rotations on the International side? QOL, pay that sort of stuff.

They aren't kidding about the "personal situation allowing for extended periods away from home station." This is second hand, but from what I'm told, things like "We need you to go fly an imaging mission over the North Pole for the next 3 months. You leave in 5 days. Go buy cold wx gear." isn't unusual.
