They have a giant inventory of King Air and other assorted aircraft parts on site in various hangars and in an old chicken house. mmmmmmmm the smell of chicken s*** on a breezy, warm summer day
Sterile Insect Insertion, Data acquisition, recon, GIS/mapping, etc is all done with the King Airs.
You know nothing I have said here is really earth-shattering. Hey have you heard of this new search engine? It's called Google I think.
Karl & Mike Stoltzfus are probably the nicest, highest paying, highly educated, and most sincere, non-condescending employers one could only dream to work for, and I think you should get your resume in ASAP so you can be employed by these fine individuals.
I have two friends flying for Dynamic, one in Afghan and the other in Iraq.... It is what it is, another Government contract flying gig....each company seems to end up being the same, with frustrations at each operation.....The B.S. level rises to the same mark, but each company has the B.S in different areas, just gotta find out which one you can deal with better.... Dynamic wouldn't be the worst one to go to by far, as far as I am concerned, based on some horror stories told by fleeing pilots of other operations......(no I have not worked at Dynamic)..... I think the Iraq guy is getting $525'ish per day if I remember him telling me correctly, and the Afghan was sort of salaried at 60-70K per year..( ? )....Don't quote those as I am just shooting from past memory..... The one thing I didn't like hearing about his Afghan stories was he also had to do some basic wrenching on the BE20 after flying all day, assisting the FO/A&P....not something I would want to do after a 12 hour day....When he moved to Iraq, I think the situation was different and no more of that was required.... Good luck.
