DX JumpSeating TSA/company rules are just a Mess..Help

I live in WI and commute to LGA weekly. I either take Midwest or United, both have been really good about giving me the jumpseat, well the crews have been great I should say, getting past the gate agents is the problem, most of the time I have to get the number to dispatch and talk to the dispatcher working the flight, then it works out great.
