Does anybody know if it would be better to take a court supervision for dui w/ no conviction or a conviction for wreckless driving. Am just trying to figure out which way would be better to go? Also wondering how damaging this might be to hiring at major carriers. This is first offense for anything - clean record otherwise. Currently on furlough from UAL. Anyone out there have any experience or knowledge on this topic. Looking for solid info - not just opinion. Thanks.

No first-hand experience, but have you tried ALPA legal people ? You pay a lot of money to belong to that club so call them. Advising you is part of their job. Good luck.

I have a friend in Miami, FL who is a defense lawyer that specializes in DUIs. He's a GA pilot too. Call his office ....
