Does anyone know of a decent hotel with an airline discount in the DTW area? Thanks for any info.....

In taking the shuttle to the parking lot, I see alot of NWA guys using the LaQuinta. I'm not sure what their rate is, but you could give them a call and find out. The parking shuttle is Qwik Park, which also provides transportation for a couple of the surrounding hotels. Good Luck.

If you are just looking for a clean hotel with a bar and restaurant. Call Days inn on the east side of the airport, they have a shuttle. A LOT of airline people stay there. Very inexpensive and really nice people at the front desk.

Four points or Crown Plaza are nice and not that expensive

The quality inn has always given me a 30 something rate. I cannot remember the exact dollar amount.

Screw all that. The Howard Johnson is 40. But even better is the Baymont. 37.99 with taxes, very clean and a breakfast. best airline commuter deal out there in DTW
