...I gotta quit fly'n hard and drink'n hard....
"What are you religious?" Al Chervic
Actually I follow a simple rule when I'm on the road which helps me, I try to only drink if I'm alone or with someone.

If your a freight dog, that's right before bed! Breakfast beer is a freight dog tradition!

Yeah, I second the above.. I need my 'BBB' !! (Before Breakfast Beer) before I have my breakfast and go to bed after a 4/5 day.

Xfr8dog,

not many call girls work at 8:30 in the morning!!! LOL.

so yes, at 8:30 I'm always drinking alone. Sometimes a beer works better than ambien!

The hardest part about being a frtdog is having to carry your own beer around with you!

Obviously never been to the Dam too often have you? 24 hour service mate; they even list numbers in the papers to companies that'll deliver weed right to your hotel room! (It's legal there you know, and phone taps are inadmissable in Dutch courts) No rest for the wicked in Amsterdam ;)

Hehe You betcha!

ACT,

Jump over here with Atlas/Polar.. We'll have a beer in Amsterdam instead of Denver! ;)

See ya in a few weeks in D-town.

I remember coming home after a stand-up and really enjoying a Guiness with my scrambled eggs and toast. Just seems like the right thing to do!

Anyone ever fly approaches while intoxicated? (With a safety pilot, of course)

I once read this article in Flying magazine by Richard Collins who said him and a few guys had a few beers and went flying with a sober safty pilot in the right seat. I'm not sure if it was in actual. I think they were only in simulated, and they all took turns flying some approaches. Apprently they didnt have much problems and flew well. He also goes on to state that the FAA could not prove they actually did that so they couldn't be violated. But he does talk about it in his article.
