Black Hawk:
Just about any normal looking black leather shoe will do. Be sure to get rubber bottoms instead of leather so you don't slip all over the place on the ramp.

Get a quality shoe for comfort and support of your feet. Women also pay attention to a watch and one's shoes. Good shoes like Allen Edmonds, Floorshiem Imperial, etc do cost some bucks, but they are an investment and they can be sent out for an overhaul down the road. The leather bottoms do need to be broken in, but once that happens you won't slip on the ramp and have a shoe the broads at the bar will appreciate and one you won't toss out in 5 months because the rubber sole cracked.

Leather bottoms? Those won't last very long in a fight with de-ice fluid.
