Anyone read the AIN article on the Bonanza that lost it's engine and had to make a forced landing in Baja. They got a Delta flight on guard and relayed their GPS position where they would put down then a Flex crew assisted with ATC.

What was hilarious, and down right scary, was the Mexican ATC decided the area where they were putting in "wasn't survivable" and called off the rescue helicopter!

Hats off to the pilot and everyone who walked away.

Ya I read that, and I wouldn't doubt for a second that's exacly what happened:rolleyes: .
