Doss Aviation of Colorado Springs just one the $183M contract to provide flight screening for the Air Force in Pueblo, CO in the Diamond DA20 (reverse cockpit). Has anyone inquired about the employment qualifications? Their website is conspicuously absent any information.

Right now I know Embry Riddle does the flight screening and they do it at the Air Force Academy (KAFF) in Colorado Springs.

Yes, they recently won the contract. Currently, Introduction to Flight Training (IFT) is done for all pilot candidates (sans AF Academy cadets) at various FBO's around the country. The Air Force just let the contract to Doss aviation to provide the 19 sortie, 25 hour flight screening program at a centralized location. Doss will operate out of Pueblo. They will convert a large building on the airport into dorm rooms and a dining facility. They will fly the DA20 with reverse cockpit. I have no interest in employment there, I was just wondering what they would be paying and the requirements for employment. Should be a great gig for CFIs.
