GROSS NAMED DIRECTOR – LABOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

As we make organizational adjustments to consolidate all of ASA’s labor administration groups, it is my pleasure to announce the promotion of Gary Gross as director – Labor Contract Administration, effective
immediately. In this expanded role, Gary will oversee all labor contract administration for the Flight Operations, In-flight Services and Dispatch groups.

Most recently, Gary served as general manager – Contract Administration, and brings experience from his time as director of crew resources to his new role. He will continue to play an active role in open
contract negotiations.

A nine year ASA veteran, Gary holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Please join me in congratulating Gary on his new role within ASA, and in supporting the efforts of our Labor Contract Administration team.

Shouldn't. Gary hates pilots, just like everyone else who has been on managements negotiating team, so what's the difference?

According to alpa, GG is the only member of management's "negotiating" team who's been there since the beginning, so no, it probably doesn't matter.

Retired, but probably still cross dressing and standing on the corner in College park.
Does he make any money that way? Everyone at ASA has to have some sort of second income.... if it works for him, who am I to criticize?

That's typical Skywest promotion, from manager to director. Next rung on the ladder? Senior Director. Same job, same pay, big title.

Please join me in congratulating Gary on his new role within ASA, and in supporting the efforts of our Labor Contract Administration team.

New role me arse! This management dick only supports screwing over contract employees. He's been jealous of pilots even when he was at Delta, but he couldn't or didn't have the 'power' to fu@k over the Delta pilots. So he quit Delta to work at ASA where he has a better opportunity to fu@k over the ASA pilots! Figure that one out, leaving Delta to come work at ASA!

BTW, he's also responsible for the crap schedules, integrating just about everyone, and of course sits across the table from our Neg Comm.

Mr Mediator Release Us!
STRIKE ASA!

With his record and experience, they should put him in charge of payroll! He's certainly got the ATLaptitude for it! :pimp:
