What are the bare requirements for a Part 91 corporate outfit as far as documentation and aircraft inspections on lets say a Beech 58 Baron, Piper Cheyenne (small to mid-size corporate aircraft). I have a good idea what is required for aircraft inspection (FARs), but do your companies require any "EXTRAS" on top of what is in the Regs. I know some insurance companies push "EXTRAS".

Thanks.

I contract for a company that has a couple of 340's and a few Cheyenne's. I can't speak for the Cheyenne, but my 340 is required to have 100 hour inspections, as well as oil changes (with analysis) every 50 hours.

We also have a set of written guidelines on the operation of the plane (CHT ranges, etc...), weather limits, rest - that kind of thing.
