Just curious what some of you guys asked (or would ask) when presented this question in an interview. I know it would be specific to each company but just trying to get a general sense.

Plans for growth, route expansion, fleet expansion. Upgrade times, new bases. Company plans for staying competitive, hiring projections, etc. Just a few ideas, take notes when they answer and be interested
