I would suspect "special one time charges" to continue for some time. We're only at a buck 30 a barrel or so. When we get to 150 to 200 there will be MORE special ONE TIME CHARGES....but hey, if you get off on that, what the heck!

At some point this Intl marketshare is going to dry up..its not an endless supply of gold like some think...and the fuel isnt free either...Wish them luck though.
