I used to have it bookmarked, a page dedicated to flying the Canyon, I think done by a former King pilot.

any got that link? looking for specifics on King in particular.

thanks

I am sorry to annouce, The Grand Canyon (The Ditch) was filled in last night by terrorists!

There will be no more sightseeing flights over the filled in portion.

It's just a bunch of lose dirt now.... Sorry.

Those weren't terrorists. That was the State of Arizona, which was tired of being sued by Californians who got too close to the edge and fell in. This recent development pleases the backpackers, who have more room to hike.

It pleases the sierra club (who was hopefully buried at the bottom) because now the sound of aircraft is muffled by dirt, and there is no more reason to fly the ditch. It pleases everybody, in fact, except the river runners, and the Havasupai Indians who live at the bottom of the Canyon.

Very creative response.
Lots of truth in there.
