Dispatcher Salary Range Fractional

If anyone knows, I'd be interested in a starting salary range for a dispatch position (3 yrs exp) with one of the major fractional operators. I can't find a lick of info on the net and I'm trying to come up with salary negotiation research.

My guess would be $30-35k to start. Just a guess though. I dispatched for a large regional and made $22-25k my first year. I would assume with your experience, you would earn quite a bit more dispatching for a large Fractional.

I would have to say 30-35K to start. I was a dispatcher for two different regionals and started at 24K for my first job right out of school, and 27K at the second one.
