My union at my airline will soon start negotiations with management over a new dispatcher contract to rectify the problems (namely the Compensation section, which is atrocious).
We are a DOT-defined major airline, but paid like a small-town farmteam.
I was wondering if I could get copies of any available current dispatcher contracts mailed (or emailed if in electronic formats).
I am also picking out few sections of the pilot agreements I have seen, in the hope that someday we may have a contract to be proud of.
