You know.. I think if you call California DMV, they'll point you to the place for refund.

Perhaps the commuters aren't interested in you because you have too much experience? They probably think once things start coming back around you will be out the door for something better.

I met a guy who was a CFI for IFTA. He liked it a lot, and was going to start his airline career when he get enough hours at IFTA.
