My company, RD Air Services, LLC is seeking a director of maintenance, hopefully someone with a background in 500-series Citations and/or Westwinds.

We are a recently-certificated Part 135 operator with plans to grow but we need someone who can be effective in this position in order to do that. We need someone who can set up a maintenance shop and be responsible for acquiring all the necessary equipment and hiring additional mechanics.

We need someone with prior experience in this position and who can be effective with aircraft records. We would prefer an IA. This is an opportunity for the right person to create his/her own position--YOU will set up the shop the way you want it run. The only requirements we have are that the work be of the highest quality and that it be properly documented.

We currently operate a C-414 and a C-500; an IA-1124 will be added to the certificate after its conformity check is complete (we have the aircraft on-site already).

All of our key employees receive a competitive salary based on experience and medical/retirement benefits.

We are located in Gainesville, Florida (GNV).

Interested mechanics, please PM this account or e-mail [email protected]

Thanks,

Josh M.
